The free plan

Every screen in the app is on the free plan, and transactions, the calendar, reports and exports have no limit. A few things are capped. Reaching a cap never hides or deletes what you already have: you just can't add another one of that thing.

Bufin Plus

No limits on anything, for $4 a month or $20 a year (under $2 a month). Prices are in CAD, plus sales tax where it applies. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the reseller and issues your receipt. Bufin never sees your card.

Early bird: $15 a year, locked in

Accounts number 1,001 to 1,050 can subscribe to Plus for $15 a year instead of $20. The price stays locked for as long as the subscription stays active.

Founding members

The first 1,000 people to create an account keep the whole app, every feature, free, for life. Paid plans only start after that, and a founder's account never moves onto one.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from Settings, under Your plan, then Manage subscription. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the free plan with nothing deleted. If you were charged by mistake, write within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. The refund policy has the details.

Your data, on every plan

Paying changes the limits, not where your data lives. On every plan your budget stays in your own Google Drive, your own OneDrive, or this browser, and you can export all of it whenever you like. If Bufin ever went away, your files would still be yours.
